To open up the mind and the palate, we start off with 4 readily-available, popular brands followed by 4 high-end whiskies, including expressions which we import ourselves directly from Scotland. We guide our guests through the search for, and recognition of, the multitude of notes and flavours to be discovered in this golden elixir whilst they challenge any preconceptions of the wonder that is uisge beatha, or ‘water of life’.

 Verified We had an amazing time at this tasting! It ended up being just our group, which made for a fantastic, intimate experience. Our host was super personable, patient, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything. Each mezcal was paired perfectly, and we loved that we were able to stay back for a few more drinks after the official tasting ended.  Verified Caro was our guide through the tasting and she was very knowledgeable on everything mezcal-related. The event was the perfect balance of learning, alcohol tasting and fun! Caro even recommended some great bars in the city to try other mezcals, and we ended up going to Pistilo (Roma Nte) - we had such a fun time.
